Willis Towers Watson Dublin
HLW recently completed a relocation and interior fit out project for Willis Towers Watson (WTW) moving them into the Elm Park Development in Dublin Bay which had been vacant for many years previously. The aim of the project was to create a vibrant base for 350 Willis Towers Watson employees, providing them with a multiplicity of work settings, a new suite of client meeting rooms and statement employee town hall that maximised the Dublin waterside views.
Jupiter Asset Management are first tenants of the Zigzag Building, Victoria
Jupiter Asset Management, the highly successful UK fund management group, has moved from a tired office space in Hyde Park Corner and are now the first tenants of the Zigzag building, a new BREEAM Excellent rated building in the heart of Victoria. Their new home has been designed to reflect an evolution of their brand and status as market leaders, utilizing the 56,000 sq ft space to increase collaboration and interaction among its 430 staff.
AVIVA'S DIGITAL FUTURE
HLW worked with leading City based insurance firm Aviva to create a home for their new digital team in the heart of London’s Tech City - the Aviva Digital Garage. The new workplace strategy and design vision has enabled Aviva to spearhead product innovation and development from their Hoxton Square based space.

Cozy, contemporary rustic, and homey are words that have been used to describe the conversion of an office building and residence into the new global headquarters of a fast-growing financial services firm. Although atypical for this buttoned-up industry, the new Atlas Holdings LLC campus does embody the culture of this progressive, innovative organization focused on building business through collaboration and mutual respect.

Making a Home for a Thriving New York City Technology Company
Last month, the award-winning online marketing company Yodle moved into its new Hudson Yards location, doubling the office space of the previous Flatiron District office. With the ability to grow to approximately 114,000 square feet at 330 West 34th Street in Manhattan, Yodle’s office accommodates a staff of 300—with plans to hire an additional 250 employees over the next three years.
