Last week saw HLW London hold its 'legendary' and hotly anticipated annual Halloween party, on November 3rd (we like to extend the festivities) in Shoreditch.
The evening was a brilliant success with 170 attendees, including our clients, partner consultants, and suppliers from across the industry.
As you all know, we love a good theme in the London office and this year we chose 'Dystopian Disco' which we embraced through the medium of dance; oh yes, we did a flash mob again this year!
Daft Punk's 'Around the World' was our chosen tune for the dance and the team broke into groups of robots, aliens, mummies, demons, and skeletons to do an amazingly choreographed dance routine.
We had an incredible fancy dress turn out this year from all attendees, but once again team Overbury took the crown as 'best dressed' as the characters from Alice in Wonderland, closely followed by Willis Towers Watson as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Medland Metropolis as Magnum PI (take a look at the photos, they all looked great!)
This was my first experience of a HLWeen party and I was amazed by the amount of people I spoke to who genuinely felt that this party was the top of the industry calendar in London; everyone really looked forward to such an enjoyable night with the HLW team.
Huge congratulations go to Harriet Wiseman and Tracey Frost for putting together such a great theme and for ensuring the evening went smoothly and was a memorable night. I’m sure I am not the only one that is looking forward to seeing what next year brings…
